The Crown Is Earned Through Leadership!
Our Legacy
The Mister and Miss HBCU Leadership Conference and Competition, Inc. was born from a bold vision: To inspire, develop, and empower the next generation of transformational HBCU leaders. We aim to equip emerging leaders to lead with purpose, pursue excellence, serve their communities, and carry forward the extraordinary legacy of HBCUs.
HBCU Royalty is more than a crown, a sash, or a title:
It is a call to lead!
HBCU Kings and Queens embody the excellence, pride, service, and promise of their institutions. As ambassadors, scholars, and emerging leaders, they are entrusted to represent something greater than themselves.
The Mister and Miss HBCU Leadership Conference and Competition, Inc. invests in that promise through leadership development, mentorship, professional preparation, service, and a powerful national network.
We are preparing the next generation of executives, entrepreneurs, educators, innovators, and civic leaders to make an impact far beyond their campuses.
Invest in the crown today. Help prepare the leaders who will shape tomorrow.
